• A:Answer Please verify the headphones are fully charged. Press and hold the power button while the headphones are powered off. The red/blue LED lights will not blink if the headphones are powered on.

Pinch the earbuds down with your fingers then place them in your ears. Hold them comfortably in place for just a second allowing the memory foam to slowly expand back into position.
