Great earphones for the cost
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got these to take along on hikes. They work great. Very light weigh, you almost forget that they are on your neck. They sync up easy with the devices and the sound is great.

Could Do Better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a new hands-free piece when I saw this in BB at a fairly good price. The problem with it is that it is cumbersome - particularly if you're wearing a coat as you have to keep the microphones from getting covered. The recipient of the call has frequently stated that my conversation "breaks up" while I'm speaking though I don't know why. Will likely go back to one piece for the ear that's less hassle.

AWESOME Sound & Fit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LOVE LOVE LOVE these headphones!! The Best Buy description is misleading (iOS) makes one think they wouldn't work with Android, but they do! Paired easily with my Motorola phone. They are off the chain! Glad I got the warranty on these cause I'm hard on stuff and I could wear these babies forever! The Sound is POWERFUL!! UNREAL for the price!!! When I looked for new headphones I took manufacturer into account & JVC has ALWAYS made great electronics & awesome sounding speakers. The fit is amazing! I thought the necklace around my neck might bother me but it's so lightweight you don't notice it. And the earbuds are like earplugs, so you pinch them and then they expand when u put in your ears, which minimizes outside noise and increases the high & low tones & bass. The controls are easy to reach and use. I haven't tried making a call with them yet, I will later today and see how well the microphone and sound is during a call. Can't imagine it won't be great also! **MUST CHARGE BEFORE USING THEY DON'T COME READY TO USE** That was the only small issue. Patience while waiting for them to get a full charge so I could try them out lol!!

Better than Beats by Dre
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think these headphones are great for the price because let's face it we don't want to charge anything ever and with these headphones you only probably need to charge it after a full week of using it also let's let's talk about the the appearance it's it's lightweight it looks appealing and it's comfortable the music is fair better than most wireless headphones especially the base end the app is a cool little added feature. Now my dislikes for the headphones are minor like the fact that I have to fidget with the charging port just to get it in because it's it's so well-placed to conceal the port from sweat which I guess is a good thing and a bad thing at the same time also the buttons are just a little too small and are placed a little too high I find myself constantly bending my arm and wrist really far up my neck just to press buttons other than that everything's great the adjustable bands are great the earbuds are snug the Bluetooth connectivity is great and i like the vibrates it has for notifications. Also i use it in the shower and havn't had any problems. But i wouldnt fully submerge them in it.

Good earphones, wish volume was louder
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like how long the battery lasts on these earphones. The design to me isn’t good for exercising but for daily activities like on your commute on a train or bus. It fits comfortably around my neck and sits firmly in my ear. The only knock on these is the lack of volume, I wish these earphones were louder.

Q: QuestionHow long does it take to charge fully
Asked by Blitz.
- A:Answer I use mine for 6-7 hours and they fully charge in about 1 hour or less. The small led next to the play button turns off once they are fully charged. It’s red when you first plug them in.

Q: QuestionWhy do the jvc ha-fx39bt earbuds beep at 50% battery? I've had them for nine months w/o incident and suddenly it starts beeping. It will not beep when charged more than 50%, however, it's persistent and becomes more frequent if you try to wait it out.
Asked by JPL.
- A:Answer The beeps lets you know the battery is running low, normally at 10% of headset battery. If this continues with a 50 percent battery, that doesn't sound normal. You might have to send this in for inspection if under warranty

Q: QuestionI've had my headphones for less than a month. I take care of them, i charge them every night. My problem is that they are so very quiet or one ear is louder than the other whenever I have media playing. How do i fix this?
Asked by Kyle.
This question was asked about the related product: JVC - HA FX39BT Marshmallow Wireless In-Ear Headphones - Blue
- A:Answer Kyle thank you for asking. They are not supposed to sound like that. Please check the tips and make sure they are clear of debris. then please switch sides and see if the low volume is an issue in the headphone or could it possible be a difference in ear sensitivity. If the problem persists please make sure they have a full charge then re-pair them to your source. If you have the ability please try pairing them to a different source to make sure its not a source or Media issue. Last but not least of the issue persists please return them to where you purchused them for an exchange. I have never heard of this issue with our headphones before, but there is a first time for everything.
Answered by Chris @ JVC
Q: QuestionI've tried all troubleshoot techniques I could find. The source is definitely the problem since now I can't hear when the headphones are on or off, and I get no voice telling me they are connected. Can they be exchangable still?
Asked by KyleCONTINUED.
- A:Answer Yes!
