you have to pair your bluetooth wirelessly from your phone to the car radio ..turn on your bluetooth... look for the jvc radio link on your bluetooth on your phone and click on it after a few seconds you should see it on your jvc radio screen, select a choice volume up yes volume back no...confirm pass key on both your phone and radio and press in on the volume knob to confirm make sure the microphone that came with it is connected to the radio and that you used the adheasive on back of microphone to place it somewere by the cars dash when someone calls you you can anwer by pressing the lower left button on radio once the radio is paired with your phone itll automatically pair with your phone every time you go into your car you can play music straight from youtube on it by putting it on BT mode when ever someone calls you the radio or whatever shuts down so you can anwer the call anyway this little radio is pretee cool I uploaded the bluetooth intructions
