A:AnswerSince the Best Buy in my area are six weeks out with scheduling, I have still not been
able to get my radio that I had purchased from them in March installed yet. I would
honestly suggest that you go someplace else. To think that a place as large and as reputable
as Best buy only has ONE person that does all of the car installations for three of their stores
and also goes on vacation in the spring should tell you how cheap and incompetent they have become.
It would have been nice if they would have told you that on their website before making a purchase.
Or At least add something to their phone system that allows you to leave a message or put in a prerecorded message
saying that their installer is on vacation and no one else will ever answer the phone in their department so quit
trying to call and just give up.
