No it does not.. but now days you don't need a remote control... it's Bluetooth compatible so your phone will act as a remote.

No remote control. Just the in dash stereo, wires and keys if you want to remove the stereo. Don’t buy this because if you plug your phone to the aux, the Bluetooth will disconnect everytime and I always have to pull over to set it up again. Buy a better one. This one is trash.
