“Can height of TV be adjusted in slight increments by using different holes on the bars that screw into the TV, or is strictly one set of holes that have to be used depending on the VESA? If adjustable, does anyone know the spacing between the holes?”

The holes are 1/4" between each hole. So you can adjust the height. You have to take into account where your mounting holes are on the TV and not block any inputs. You might have to use a hack saw to cut the brackets to fit your particular TV.
