• The cart is designed to not topple if the TV is up to a given size. The bottom "legs" are very heavy. The cart is probably not topple-proof but it would take a lot more than bumping into it to topple it. Mounting it to a wall would defeat the purpose of the wheels since mounting would make it unmovable. For normal use, in normal situations, the cart is extremely stable.
