• Yes it should. I don’t have the hard case on at the moment but there is plenty of room.

• Yes …. Most definitely! I have a clear plastic case around my laptop.

• I have a hard case on mine and I have no issues putting my MacBook Air in the sleeve. I also have extra room to put my charger in it as well.
