A:AnswerHi Liz, I researched saffiano leather and it seems that some Kate Spade products are made of saffiano leather. I looked at those items and the bottom half of my laptop sleeve appears to look just like the saffiano leather. I would be hardpressed to think that it is plastic. I am not making a claim one way or the other but I will say that it is sharp and does the job of protecting my MacBook Air.
A:AnswerHonestly, you could probably stuff it in there, but there is not a designated space in there for the charger. I would really be worried about my computer getting scratched if I put it in there!
