The case does not cover the bottom, only the bottom corners. It is soft on the inside. Yes it does remove easily!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The case covers all edges of the phone except is open at the bottom only where it does NOT block the speakers. It does not have a lining but the little gems are only on the outside so wouldn’t scratch your phone. Also. I haven’t tried to take it off but it went on easily yet snugly.
