Do the stones stick out can you feel them? null

You can feel them a little, but it's just like they are raised, not bumpy at all and it's really just the pearls that are raised.

Yes they do and eve tally with wear and tear they fall off but they hold for a very long time

The stones on the Kate Spade case stick out very little, you can feel a very slight rise on the stones in the center of the flowers, but that's all. They feel as though the stones are recessed and all you can feel is the top. All of my stones are still intact after a month of use.

Yes, you can. I thought I wouldn't like that at first but they make it slide into outer pocket of purse easier that the previous slick ones I've had on other phones. Also, it isn't as apt to slide out of your hand.
