It fits both. A Retina display is a difference in screen quality. That doesn't effect the size. I have the Retina display and it's a great case.

There isn't a difference in size, so yes it does fit the MacBook Pro with Retina display! That is what I use mine for :)

I put my ear buds in there with it, but not my charger. You may be able to fit the charger, but it would bulk out and look strange and too full.

No- this is a padded sleeve to protect the laptop for storing or transporting. There is no outside pocket for charger or cables. You could slide this case into a backpack or larger Tote to carry accessories.

You can make it fit if you want to but it's not intended to hold anything else. It doesn't really have a pocket for it anything.

It will be a little big but it will allow you to put your charger and extra cables in the sleeve.
