Can this be paired with a Denon AVR-S760H? null

I believe the 760H has a Pre-Out connection that supports up to two Sub-Woofers. The Surr.Parameter Settings control SW on it off.

Definitely, just run one cable from the "sub-out" on the back of the amp to the back of the sub.
