QuestionCan this display swivel side to side? Who cares whether the passenger can see it well. But, in the case of my wife; who cares if the driver can see it well! :)

- Answer It does not swivel side to side. Mine is center mounted in a Ram truck and there is no problem seeing and operating from either side.

QuestionI have a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport with side mirror cameras, backup camera and front grill camera all factory installed. I have the surround view or 360 satellite camera feature built in to my car. If I keep all my factory cameras, will these still work?

- Answer I use all Ford factory cameras, but you would have to find a installer that can wire it up correctly! Best Buy installed mine and it was not working properly so I had to take it elsewhere to have it fixed

- Answer I had this installed on my 2013 Ram 1500 and it’s been great. When I ordered it I also ordered everything I would need to use it the same as the original. Highly recommend. I already had factory camera so I didn’t need to order that,

- Answer Since this is a 10" screen your vehicle wont be listed as compatible. A Best Buy installer will need to see the vehicle to determine if it can be installed and what is needed for the installation. Please visit your local installation team.

- Answer The radio internally does not have built in GPS. The GPS integration is done as the radio has Apple Carplay and Android Auto. Using your phone it will integrate GPS.

- Answer The radio shows it does not fit your vehicle however because of the size of the screen it would be best to consult with your local Best Buy team directly by calling them or actually seeing them in person to see if installing this radio is an option.

QuestionHas anyone had issues with their backup camera after installing? My camera is brand new and was replaced by the dealer on my 2019. It was crystal clear on my previous receiver but produces a terrible image and has lines in it with the DMX1037S. Any ideas?

- Answer The radio has the basic yellow video cable when it comes to getting an image from the back up camera. If your backup camera is factory was there an adapter used? Was the video cable spliced or replaced? The video cable has everything to do with how the images is displayed. If anything a backup camera direct to the radio can be done to see if the issue is the radio or the wiring to your current backup camera setup.

- Answer I had it installed in a 2014 GMC Yukon 1500 Denali. The faceplate for the CHASSIS fits great. The unit fits into the slot that the original receiver was in great. I had the idatalink RR2 interface installed so I kept the wheel controls, plus it had other features. The DISPLAY actually extends a small distance from the car faceplate, and is adjustable up and down a small bit. So the display hides the fact that it is extended! Do it, I LOVE it! Wou will love it also!
