Yes, if you get the optional SiriusXM tuner.

It has "support" for it, but you have to buy the external Sirius XM tuner to go with it. We bought the radio and the external tuner, installed by Geek Squad, and it works perfectly. Sirius XM shows up on the radio menu and you just touch the icon. It can remember around 15 different presets, can cache and rewind XM. Keep in mind that even if your current factory radio has Sirius XM, that tuner is most likely built into the factory radio meaning it will be removed when the radio is removed. You'll still need to buy the external Sirius XM tuner.
