• On your phone, remove all other Bluetooth devices working with your phone when you use the Carplay. When this done once, it works for the next times also.

• It could be that you connected MIC into wrong 3.5mm slot in back. Can you ask Siri a question and does she respond will be your test to see if mic was plug inserted correctly.
