“If I was to hook a sub to this. Would the radio automatically route all bass to the sub. If so or not how could I get it to where my sub is the only source of bass. I want no bass through my stock speakers”

Their are adjustments under Audio control to filter out the range of sound in hertz to the front rear and sub. So the answer is yes.
