Can this unit be install in a 2017 Honda CR-V LX? null

Best Buy seems to have a mounting kit for these radios to every car as it appears to me that factory radio face plate openings are standard thru the years and across makes. My 2003 Mustang had a face plate kit which said "Ford Faceplate install kit" or something like that indicating it was a universal radio to Ford install.
