Yes, with the additional install adapter that is required, my radio control buttons on the steering wheel of my 2013 Nissan Altima still work perfectly. They also work with other media sources like Pandora streamed from my cellphone, or my USB stick. The one thing that doesn't still work from my steering wheel buttons anymore is the telephone call interface. Since it is clearly displayed on the radio screen I really don't care.
