You would need to get another mount for it which I don't think is currently available. Suction mounts aren't a good idea since the camera might go flying in an accident. You want it to be able to continue to film during the accident out the windshield.

Be sure you place it where you "really" want it on your shield. Great recording and viewer but it is going to stay there. Looking myself for the "suction cup" dash cam since lost my Xterra to red light runner a few weeks ago. Couldn't get the holder off the windshield. The best to you.
