• I had this exact same problem. Plays the video perfectly but no sound on Media Player or anything on your comp. That's because you need to download the free program from the unit's website. I only just now found it in the instruction manual. Here's the link: https://www.kenwood.com/car/app/kenwood_route_watcher2/eng/ It'll only play the sound if you're playing the file in this program.
