• Yes, yes it does. You'll need to follow the directions to turn it on and to partition the SD card to make it work. It only lasts about 25 minutes, if I recall correctly.

• It has a impact sensor but not a motion sensor. If your car gets hit while parked it will record the incident after impact. A motion sensor could be set off all of the time which would eventually drain your battery.
