Q: QuestionWhat is the tallest mug that can fit underneath this model with the bottom removed? My current one is just shy of fitting my travel mug.

• A:Answer The base where the excess coffee drops after you remove the cup is removable. i sometimes have to use a regular cup and those fit well.

• A:Answer The “pods” in k cup pods is just a rebranding. I have older k cups that work just fine. They’re all the same.

Q: QuestionI have used previous models of Keurig to make iced tea with K-cups like Lipton's Unsweetened iced tea and Twinings English Breakfast tea. Will this coffee maker also make iced tea with these K-cups, or is there a better model for tea?
