  • QuestionHow big is the water reservoir? And how often does the filter need changing (with city water)?

    Asked by Kitty.

    • Answer The water reservoir is big enough to brew one carafe. I can get 5 days out of one cup a day and I vary the size I brew daily. I have had mine for a month on city water and have not had to change the filter yet. It comes with an extra filter.

  • Question2.0 or regular pods?I want to know if this will take regular and 2.0 pods or what. I have an older model and still have pods from it, but it got stuck one day and would not open.

    Asked by kiki447.

    • Answer Any keurig brand pods for original Keurig will work in the K-2. Coffee pods from Aldi work fine in the K-2. If you have old pods that you find do not work, you can remove the top of a pod that worked and place on top of the pod that doesn't to fool the K-2 sensor and brew as normal.

    • Answer The K250 brewing system will offer a 4, 6, 8 and 10 ounce beverage when you insert a single serve Keurig K-cup pod. Utilizing a Keurig K-mug pod and Vue pod the machine will offer a 12, 14 and 16 ounce beverage. Finally, when you insert a Keurig K-carafe pod, the machine will offer a 2 to 3, 3 to 4 and 4 to 5 cup option for brewing a carafe of coffee. Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer Hello and thank you for your question. Any of our brewing systems would be a great choice for iced coffee, but we would definitely suggest a K2.0 system as these brewers provide a strong feature which can enhance the flavor of the coffee you brew over ice. • QuestionIs the color Imperial Red or Strawberry?

    Asked by Peter.

    • Answer Thanks for replying Keurig Care, but your answer is insufficient. According to my research the K250 model is the exact same model as the K200 machine, but the package comes with different accessories. According to the Keurig website this model has official brand designated colors of "Imperial Red" and "Strawberry" (among others). "The K250 red is a strawberry color" does not answer my question. Is this specific item being sold on Best Buy "Imperial Red" or "Strawberry", according to the Keurig designated colors?
