Hello and thank you for your question. In order to brew a k-cup, you can follow these easy steps: Place a mug on the Drip Tray. Select a K-Cup® pod, place firmly in the Pod Holder. Using caution as the needles are sharp, lower the handle. Select a brew size. Select STRONG if desired. Press the Brew Button and enjoy your first cup!
