Hi and thank you for your inquiry. We suggest descaling with our Keurig Descaling Solution and or white vinegar before you leave. Take the water reservoir off of the brewer dump out any remaining water and make sure to unplug it. When you come back, refill the water reservoir with fresh water and run a few water brews through. Then brew as you normally would. We hope this information is helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First step is cleaning the pod holder. Lift the handle, grab the side of the pod holder assembly, push up and pull away from the brewer. Be cautious of sharp needles and do not put your fingers in the chamber.Press and release buttons on both sides of the pod holder assembly and separate the pod holder from the housing. Clean the three pieces and reassemble them. Place the base and pod holder assembly back into the brewer. Next step is to clean the brewer entrance needle. Lift the handle, place the brewer maintenance accessory in the pod holder with arrows pointing downwards. Ensure that the brewer is powered off. With the printed text on the brewer maintenance accessory facing up, fill silicon bulb with water. Raise and lower the handle five times to loosen and remove any coffee grounds retained in the brewers entrance needle. Remove the brewer maintenance accessory from the pod holder. Once the accessory is removed, power the brewer. Place a 12oz mug and perform a cleansing brew.
