• You have to purchase pods just the the Keurig hot. It doesn't use syrup. About the only place to get them is Keurig.com

• they come in these pods that have a compartment for the syrup & the fizz . They are really cool to look at , but not at this time environmentally friendly

• The syrup is in the pods you don't need anything but water and the pods
