- Answer The stock stereo can only put out so much. It would be a good idea to upgrade the stereo first. I would suggest getting a stereo with a 340 watt amp built in for better quality sound and then upgrading the speakers. That is what i did and i am glad i did.

- Answer IT DEPENDS IF THE SPEAKER IN THE JEEP IS A 6 1/4" SPEAKER. IF IT IS, IT WILL FIT PERFECTLY.
