• If you want to get the most out of your speakers you'll want to purchase an amp. Even though the RMS is 150W, anything around the 50W @ 4ohms mark will suit your needs just fine. Remember you're adding the RMS wattage of your aftermarket receiver to the RMS of the amp. I'd recommend the Alpine Power Pack 180 W Class D Amp.

• Try it first without an amp. I did, and I am glad I did not spend the extra money. If you get an amp, be ready for your car windows to be blown out.
