“Ours is new. It has six fan speeds - but does NOT vent anything from the stovetop. Any time we cook anything on the stove the microwave is totally covered in condensation. Geek Squad out twice - no better. They don't know how to make work. Anyone know?”

If this microwave is set to recirculating (factory default configuration)this will happen. If there is an exterior vent and the venting configuration was changed to exterior this should not happen.
