On the left top settings you will see bake. It will go through various things you might be baking, casserole, biscuits, etc. Unfortunately, the last is the one I always use, setting on my own. Once you select it you can put in your temp. If my recipe calls for 400 degrees for 30 min. I can easily and confidently set it at 375 degrees for 20 min.
