- Answer Hello Lissa! Per the Use and Care Guide: With the microwave oven in standby mode, touch the Timer control, enter time, then touch the Timer control or the Start control. Cook functions may be entered while the Timer is counting down. To cancel timer, touch Timer control while the Timer countdown is active in the display.

QuestionWhat is the height of this? States 17.12 inches but a cutout height of 30 inches. Big difference. Other models the cutout height is a few inches larger than the height.

- Answer No trim kit included with this unit, on my installation it was not necessary. My unit is installed under and next to oak cabinets and looks fine, if needed you could purchase some trim stain and polyurethane not hard to do.

QuestionWhen using the microwave in convection bake mode, can you use metal bakeware? The manual states that bakeware must be oven safe AND microwave safe.

- Answer When using bake mode, you can use regular bakeware: metal, glass, ceramic, etc. You must place bakeware on rack. During microwave mode, microwave cookware must be used. Hope this helps

- Answer I think the difference is that this is a 1000 watt microwave compared to most 1200 watt ones. So the cook time is a little off for directions.. Just add a few seconds and you'll be goodl

- Answer There is no timer function for the light. The button allows for "on" - full brightness, "night" - low light, or "off". you press the button repeatedly to cycle through these options.

- Answer You're better off buying a smaller dimension, larger inside Cubic Inch counter top microwave and saving your self about 600.00 in the process. It can be mounted under counter, but does not have to go over the stove.

- Answer Thats exactly what the intended use is for this microwave. Make sure that you change the fan motor before installation. Meaning, if you plan on venting to the outside, or leaving it on recirculation.
