Hello ALow, the ice cubes measure around 3/4" x 3/4" x 3/8". Thank you for your inquiry on our KitchenAid appliances.

3/4" by 1/4" approximately. Just right for most uses, we find. We have much larger cubes from our Subzero frig that we rarely use. Bernard
