“I think the close-up photo of the water dispenser isn't actually the same. Can someone who bought confirm? In the photo the button is below the spout, which means you press glass against, I think the reality is a button above the spout, needs 2 hands.”

Greg, the button is above the water dispenser. You can press the dispenser button with one hand and hold the glass underneath with your other hand. We hope this helps!
