“My ice maker in my double door Kitchenaide is not working. I had the water turned off because of a leak in the copper feeder line. When fixed the water flowed to the fresh water feed, but ion not getting flow to ice maker. Is there a block to icemaker?”

No, but there is a switch. Take the ice bucket out and make sure the switch is turned ON. Make sure nothing is blocking the "eye" that turns the ice maker off, indicating it's full. It's similar to the "eye" on your garage door opener, same principle.
