Q: QuestionDoes any one has problem with water dispenser They replace it for me 3 times and tech came 4 time and can't find what is the problem if I don't used the water dispensers for 30 mints no water, unplugs filter water come then no water if no use for 30 m

• A:Answer i had the same problem. Do you have high water pressure at your house? I installed an in line pressure regulator and problem solved. You attach it to the water line from the wall to the fridge.

• A:Answer Hi Frank, for scratches, we recommend using a stainless steel cleaner. We recommend the Affresh Brand and here is the link to that product: https://bit.ly/3vjVimg The Filter Reset procedure is on page 18 of the Owner's Manual and reads as follows: RESET FILTER — Touch MAX COOL and MAX ICE together for 3 seconds to reset the water filter. • A:Answer You probably need to return the fridge and have a new one delivered. Sounds like the control panel. We had a service person out and he suggested a return since our first one was 2 weeks old as well. The new one works perfectly.

Q: QuestionWhere can you store items like a gallon of milk? On the lower shelf but only if you retract the middle shelf, or on the lower shelf even without retracting the middle shelf? Would a gallon of milk fit in the side compartments in the door?

• A:Answer I have to retract the shelf to store milk. The shelves can be slightly lowered and raised by turning the shelf holders to different positions, but I do not think it will change enough to fit milk without retracting the shelf above. If it did, then it it would barely fit.
