“The inside was damp, with condensation, when I unloaded the dishes yesterday. It is still wet inside the dishwasher when I opened the door today. I did use the rinse aid and also pressed the heat button before washing. Why is this? It is brand new.”

We just had our dishwasher installed about two weeks ago - the same occurred with ours after the first two washings, but diminished over the course of two to three washings.I think the condensation is because it's still new and probably the rinse aid hasn't full taken effect. It's imperative that you add rinse aid and use pods, instead of the conventional dishwasher powder or liquid. Our dishwasher is working perfectly now and no complaints whatsoever.
