• Yes, I have the same issue. Normal wash does not clean as well as Pro Wash, even when I rinse my dishes before.

• I've only used normal wash and everything comes out clean. I've yet to use prowash.

• Are you washing the filter after each use? That is key and critical to watch the filter regularly. After each use. Ours ended up having a very small seep of water in the control module underneath the washer so it was not properly cycling through all the nozzles inside. A common problem with these KitchenAids.
