“What type of dish washing detergent should I use for best results?”

• Kitchenaid recommends Cascade platinum tablets , which is their most expensive product, and they claim you must use the rinse aid in order for the dishes to dry, but I tried using my regular Cascade gel without the rinse aid and it worked fine.

• I have used Walmart and Palmolive gel products and both have performed well, and the stainless steel interior sparkles when the wash is completed.

• They recommend using the pods. Cascade and Finish are the products I'm familiar with. You can still use the powder as well but the pods are most convenient.
