• IF you check the specifications on this model at the Best Buy website you will clearly see that it does have a removable silverware rack

• Hi LHW, this unit has a removable Silverware Basket however the designated area for it is in the right (facing) lower rack. The left side of the lower rack has rotating tines that will allow for variable size bowls, plates, pans, etc. Also, as far as cycle times go, here is the link to the cycle guide for this model.
