“How many spray arms are there? Where is the silverware rack?”

• There are TWO washing sprayers - the bottom of the unit and just below the upper rack. The silverware rack is at the very top - ABOVE the upper rack where most people place their glasses and plasticware. The silverware rack is just about flat up against the top of the cleaning compartment.

• Hello! There are 3 wash arms on this model. The silverware rack is located in the bottom rack. We hope this helps.
