• If you adjust the feet all the way down as low as they'll go it should fit. But it might be close.

• Hi Query. The minimum height of this Dishwasher is 33 5/8 and that is when the legs are removed. The installation instructions do show information for installing the Dishwasher in a 33 5/8 inch cutout. We recommend taking a look at those.
