“I can seem to get all the water out of the pan. I run the dishwasher and there is still in inch of water in he pan. Can I reset the washer to factory settings?”

Wheat, it is normal to have a small amount of water in the Dishwasher. Be sure the cycle has completed (the Clean indicator is on). If it has not, you will need to resume the cycle by pressing Start/Resume and closing the door within 4 seconds. If dishwasher is connected to a food waste disposer, be sure the knockout plug has been removed from the disposer inlet. Check for kinks in the drain hose. Check for food obstructions in the drain or disposer. Check your house fuse or circuit breaker. Hopefully, this information is beneficial to you.
