Q: QuestionHow is this 804 model different than the 704 series model? I am not finding a description difference that justifies the $400 price increase. Also, can plastic items be washed & dried on the bottom rack?

• A:Answer Hello, the only differences is model KDPM804KPS has Stainless Steel Accents & Knife Caddy. As far as plastics being washed and dried on the bottom rack, we always recommend following the instructions on the packing of what is being washed. We hope this helps.

Q: QuestionDoes it have a vent like the 404 model? The vent emits out strong odor of the dishwasher pod during the wash cycle and it cause allergic reaction to some people. The vent should be closed during wash cycle and open during dry cycle, but it always opens.
