QuestionIs the second freezer pull out draw supposed to pop off? done it since day one and I was told this was feature in case something in the bottom drawer got caught under there it wouldn't get stuck. But I can't even open the drawer without it coming off

- Answer Water only collects in the tray if you miss your glass or container. The water spout does not drip after using it. Easy wipe up if you do miss.

QuestionWith the ice maker located in the door, has there been any issue of the ice melting some due to the doors opening for food retrieval and then the melted ice refreezing such that it makes it hard for the ice to be dispensed?

QuestionHi, I have this fridge. In the freezer compartment, there is the big main drawer, and two other slide rail drawers. The very top slide rail drawer, is it supposed to be able to slide all the way out? Mine can only slide half way, left rail gets stuck
