Is the second freezer pull out draw supposed to pop off? done it since day one and I was told this was feature in case something in the bottom drawer got caught under there it wouldn't get stuck. But I can't even open the drawer without it coming off null

We have not experienced that at all with our refrigerator. Sounds like an issue.
