“I just received this item yesterday. It is rather noisy when running full (~60dB) and practically never shuts up. I mean, it's making noise almost all of the time. Sometimes it's quieter, but mostly it's quite loud. Much louder than my old one. Normal?”

Mine is loud and annoying. My last fridge didn’t make these noises. Not sure there is a solution because it seems to be the way it works.. looking for answers. Have to sleep with bedroom door closed because it makes so many noises..
