QuestionWhat gauge power cord is included? Instructions say to connect using 8 gauge copper wire. My house has 8 gauge coming to the junction box but the power cord attached to oven is only 10 gauge? Is this correct?

- Answer Had to find this answer on an appliance forum. Best Buy installation team said it Must be 8 gauge don't install but when asked where in instructions does it explain how to attach the power cord he said Just use what came with the oven. Oven comes with a short 10 gauge "whip" already attached to the oven. Whip is too short for a below oven junction box. Had to put a box in the cabinet above oven.

QuestionReading the installation instructions I saw a note about installing a warming draw deflector if you don’t have a warming draw. How many of you installed this deflector? Would this be the cause people complain about excessive heat blowing out the bottom

- Answer You only need the deflector IF you want to install or use a warming draw. No noticeable heat blowing out the bottom if you do not.

- Answer Hello SteveK, per the Installation Instructions the Cutout Depth(IN,inches) 24, Cutout Height(IN,inches) 50 1/4, and the Cutout Width(IN,inches) 25 1/2. We hope this helps.
