300 Series Upper Oven is True Convection Only along with the Thermal Bake/Broil option. It also has the temperature probe and easy Roll-out racks.
500 Series Both Ovens are True Convection along with everything else the 300 Series has.
A:AnswerNo accessories to alter the cabinet. When mine was delivered I was told that if it did not fit I would need to have the opening altered by someone else. Fortunately it was a perfect fit.
A:AnswerMine was an open wire. Installed into junction box with connected wires. You may need to buy a plug then plug in to a 220 line Outlet .Usually there are two connected breakers in the service box with 2 40 or 50 amp breakers.Hope this helps
