A:AnswerI will say I had to call in a specialized installer for this job. Best Buy guys couldn't handle it and that's fine. It was tricky with gas lines and venting.
A:AnswerMine was as replacement as well, but NOT same brand so that was probably the issue. I tried to purchase install through BestBuy and their guys couldn't do the gas lines. I bet it cost us almost $500 for install....
